Message from the CEO

We provide a comprehensive range of human resource development and organizational development services on a global basis, including the planning and administration of training, surveys, and workshops.

As a company that directly takes up challenges relating to personal development and growth and the roles of individuals in organizations, we are particularly aware of the need to treat people with kindness and consideration.

Moreover, as a company involved in the growth of people and organizations, we are also required to have advanced specialist knowledge. For that reason, we are continually working to enhance our own capabilities as individuals.

Our code of conduct is to treat people with kindness at all times, to be fair to all people, and to approach our mission with humility and a constant commitment to learning.

We believe in the potential of every individual working in the frontline. We further believe people who expand their potential and work energetically can eventually help to make this world a better place. That is our hope, and our goal

Core Beliefs and Practices

Our mission is to deliver leadership in global business and equips them with the personal and professional tools for transformation needed to address the challenges of the 21st century.

Since our inception in 2002, it has been designing and delivering transformational in-person programs for people from around the world. We now offer in-person leadership programs that range in length from one to three weeks and that take place in the Korea and, from time to time, other locations in Asia.

Participants engage our work through distance and in-person learning and also through consulting services where we work closely with institutions and businesses to meet their educational needs.

To ensure quality rigorously trains and certifies local trainers to deliver these lessons. These men and women receive ongoing support from Global HRD coaches.

 

While learners may be physically distant from each other, our programs strongly emphasize the meaningful connections between people that grow a sense of

confidence, clarity and community in all participants.

Evidence-Based Trust

We take enormous care to ensure that our programs work. We train our instructors extensively not just when they join us but throughout their career. We tailor our program to the needs of each learner, doing a great deal of preparation to find out what each learner really need from our program. We also develop all our own material to meet those needs.

We run programs at convenient locations to suit the client- our training centers or client‘s premises. We have an increasingly rigorous system of post course follow up. This helps us to refine the programs we offer.

However, the truest measure of our effectiveness is the success of the learners and institutions that we work with. Many of world’s largest and dynamic institutions regularly train with Global HRD Institute.

Multi-Faceted Skills

Learners enjoy our programs they are project based and thus promoting authentic learning. Learners work in small groups or individual. Above all, instead of memorizing, learners become fully engaged in our program because it is based on felt in education so that learning global skills becomes more meaningful.

 

Furthermore, visible thinking allows both trainer and instructor to perform formative assessment, to promote change in conception and instruction design that is responsive to the progress of learners.

Steps to Customized Program

  • We work with our corporate clients to build training programs that directly support their business culture goals and strategies.

  • Having established the business context, we then identify and analyze specific program to be designed.

  • Based on identified needs, we will design learning programs containing any or all of the following.

  • Topic based module and units, instructor manuals, participant workbooks and reference materials, simulations and case studies, and trainer certification procedures.

  • We test each learning program to implementation in order to ensure its effectiveness.

  • Additionally we evaluate each program upon successful completion
